About Brierwood Estates
Brierwood Estates was developed in 1967 as a residential golf course community. While the golf course ceased operations in 2017, the residential community continues to be a well-desired place to live, located conveniently near numerous beaches, towns and cities. The community features large lots nestled between plentiful trees and former golf holes adding to their privacy. Despite its desirable non-HOA status, community residents take pride in the upkeep and maintenance of their homes.
